Nigeria's electoral commission says the country's legislative vote has been further postponed, a move that will also delay other polls in the oil-rich nation.
Nigeria pushed back its National Assembly elections to Saturday following a previous postponement over problems. The Independent National Electoral Commission made the announcement late Sunday.
The election was to be held Monday after officials could bring ballots and tally sheets to the nation's 120,000 polling places.
